Former YBNL star, Adekunle Gold, has landed himself an endorsement deal with Unity Bank after a while of running a solo music career. This will be his first deal after he was dropped by Olamide’s YBNL Nation.
It was beginning to seem like the singer’s relevance on the music scene was fading away when he couldn’t make the sort of impact he was making while running things with YBNL. The only factor the really possibly kept him rooted in the spotlight was his misunderstood and unverified love affair with sweet-voiced Nigerian singer, Simi.
Many had supposed that Adekunle would fade out without YBNL or some other label coming to his rescue. Even the singer declared that he lacks what it takes to run a label, hence his resolve to do all he can on the music scene until the day the lights go dim on him. But as fate would have it, the singer’s light happened to shine brighter and brighter.
Right now, his light has shone so brightly that none can really say his lifespan on the music scene is a short one. He just sealed an endorsement deal with Unity Bank and is likely to do so with other brands before 2018 ends. Congrats to him.
