Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr and NFF 2nd vice President, Mallam Shehu Dikko have inspected tbe Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna.
The NFF are considering the stadium as the venue for the Eagles’ AFCON qualifier against Libya.
Speaking to the newsmen in Kaduna, the tour, according to Shehu Dikko at the Ahmedu Bello National Stadium Kaduna is to inspect the Stadium facilities and make recommendations.
He also said renovation of the Stadium will commence with immediate effect to put the stadium in order.
He concluded by saying the stadium will soon commence functioning in no time in other for national team matches.
It could be recalled that in 2016 qualifying series of the AFCON the Super Eagles of Nigeria last played in that same soil against Egypt The match ended 1-1.
