Top 5 Lies About Virgin Hair

There are so many tales about natural hair, but here is what I found out…

Omolola Orenuga

1 – Natural virgin hair is easy to maintain, are you kidding me? The least price for natural hair product is 1,500 and max is 10,000.
2 – Anybody can pull it off, not at all. The truth is you have to know lot about hair, the texture,hairtypes(4a,4b,4c),hair porosity, does your hair retain moisture, does it get affected by weather.

3 – You can pull off any style with it, yes but the sad thing is get prepared to loose your front hair and start battle with hair breakage if you ever try tight braids, Ghanaweave with your virgin hair even if it was straightend or not.

4 – Your vurgin hair only need sheabutter and coconut oil(adiagbon),yeah those are basic, but an healthy virgin hair shall not live by sheabutter alone, have you heard of Vitamin E, castor oil, whipped butter, organic butter, mashanu (cowmilk)  chebe powder (most rushed product now).

5 – Natural hair is just to pack and go,are you for real ? Bloggers will tell you, just wash and go,do you even have washdays, your own homemade concoction for your hair, the washing alone can take minutes, have you heard of protective styles ? (flatwist, doublestrand(mostcommon) threestrand twists, combtwists).

Bottomline is, it takes consistency and détermination coupled with the right information to pull it off.
